The workout timer that tracks every movement.
Everground is a functional fitness workout tracker built around a timer that already knows the WOD. Run an AMRAP, an EMOM or a benchmark and finish with round splits, per-movement pace and a personal best you can actually compare and use to improve.

Pick your workout
Benchmark workouts arrive with their real movements, reps and loads.

Timer follows it
It shows the movement you are on and what is coming. You just tap.

Finish with a breakdown
Round splits, movement consistency, distance to PB. All captured while you trained.
Pick a WOD. Tap through it.
Everything else is recorded.

Load the WOD, not a blank clock
Every movement, rep scheme, load and piece of equipment is already defined. Pick Rx or a scaled variant and they stay separate in your training history, so a 9kg-vest Murph never gets averaged against a no-vest one.
- Rx and scaled variants
- Equipment and loads
- Your target and current PB

The timer follows the workout
AMRAP, EMOM, For Time and Tabata each run on their own clock. The screen tells you what you are on and what is coming, and one tap moves you forward. Because the app knows the movement behind that tap, the split gets attributed for you.
- Current and next movement
- One tap per movement
- Round counter and progress

Finish with splits, not just a time
Round-by-round splits with the delta against your last personal best, average round pace, and a consistency score for every movement. Advanced analytics coming soon.
- Round splits vs last PB
- Per-movement consistency
- Average and best round

Questions athletes ask before installing
- Which workout formats does the timer support?
- AMRAP, EMOM, For Time, Tabata, rounds for time and custom intervals. Each format runs on its own clock and counts the way that format is scored. So an AMRAP has a countdown a registers total reps, and a For Time workout tracks elapsed time.
- Can I create my own workouts?
Not yet, but that's already planned and should be released in the next version of the app.
Creating a WOD will be as simple as speaking the workout out loud, or just taking a picture of the WOD, for example from a box whiteboard.
- Do I have to log anything after the workout?
- No. The splits are captured while you train, because the timer already knows which movement each tap belongs to. You confirm loads and reps on the completion screen and the session is saved.
- Can I track Rx and scaled versions separately?
- Yes. Every workout carries its own variants (Rx, scaled, etc.) and each one keeps a separate personal best. A scaled Fran never gets averaged against an Rx one.
- Does Everground work for CrossFit-style, Hyrox and functional fitness training?
Yes. It works with any workout built from rounds, intervals, running and repeated movements works, which covers most CrossFit-style metcons, Hyrox-style conditioning and functional fitness pieces alongside classic benchmark WODs.
Everground is an independent app, not affiliated with or endorsed by CrossFit, LLC or HYROX.
- What does the consistency score mean?
- It rates how evenly you held pace across repeats of the same movement, from 0 to 10. A 10 means your rounds were all identical; a 0 means that movement was at least twice as slow in different rounds.
- Is Everground free?
Everground is free during the beta on iOS and Android, with no ads.
If you subscribe to a paid plan during the beta, you'll lock in the beta price forever.
